At House of Sillage, we strive for perfection in every fragrance and cosmetic creation; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, all items must be in their original luxury packaging with the security seal intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our Concierge Team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your unopened items in the original shipping box, ensuring all protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
